Abstract

The selection of photographs conveys scenes from a particular day which has become a distilled moment of joy in retrospect. The light and shadows from the oak trees across the summer baked grass became fascinating to watch, as the figures become secondary and swallowed by the reminder of branches. Photographs and other works of visual art should not always require words to translate their meaning to viewers. But here in the works that I have provided for the Burgmann Journal provide a slice into the mental processes and inspirational occupations at that given point in my experience of time.
